When testing Hyundai in live screen it just stops. Have to hit ESC and restart scanner . Will be fix or is just this car?

When testing a Hyundai in live data mode . the scanner shuts down. It acts like the ALDL connector is not connected.,once you hit the ESC in goes back to data mode and will work a few min. IS a fix in the works? -

When it stopped, was there any error message, like communication error? And you can have a try to conenct it with USB cable intead of VCI box. And does it happen on all Hyundai cars or specific car? Please collect a datalog for our analysis. -

It has only done it on a Santa Fe. I will try to get a log in. The message was that it had no communication, no I did not try the usb cable. I don't get many Hyundai so it could take a will.to track it. Thanks Ricky -
